Black Bean and Feta Salad


1-15 oz can                    Old Havana Foods® Black Beans, drained, but not rinsed
2 tablespoons                  Extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons                  Aged balsamic vinegar (use high quality)
2                                   Green onions, finely chopped
1/3 cup                           Finely chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup                           Finely chopped red, orange or yellow sweet peppers
To taste                          Pepper
2 ounces (~1/3 cup)         Feta cheese, cut into small dice

1.   Combine all ingredients except feta cheese in bowl. Mix well to combine. Add feta and toss lightly being careful not to break cheese.
2.   Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves 4.
