Black Bean, Corn and Feta Dip

2 (15 oz) cans Old Havana Foods® Recipe Ready Black Beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon pepper
1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn kernels, thawed (do not use canned corn)
½ cup green onions, finely chopped
6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1.  Place Old Havana Foods® Recipe Ready Black Beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
2.  Meanwhile whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar and pepper in a medium size bowl. Add corn and green onions and mix to combine.
3.  Add rinsed, drained black beans and feta and gently toss.
4.  Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
