Black Bean, Corn and Feta Dip

INGREDIENTS:
2-15 oz cans              Old Havana Foods® Black Beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup                         Balsamic vinegar
¼ cup                         Extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons                Sugar
½ teaspoon                 Pepper
16 oz                          Corn kernels, thawed frozen kernels are best
½ cup                          Green onions, finely chopped
6 ounces                     Feta cheese, crumbled

DIRECTIONS:
1.  Place Old Havana Foods® Black Beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
2.  Meanwhile whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar and pepper in a medium size bowl. Add corn and green onions and mix to combine.
3.  Add rinsed, drained black beans and feta and gently toss.
4.  Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
Serves 8.
